The new H2O restaurant has been completely renovated.

It has an outdoor and an indoor dining room, both beautifully decorated.

We have introduced the “à la carte menu“: you’ll taste many dishes of your own choice, realized with care by our high level chef.

The menu offers typical local dishes, to discover the authentic flavors and culinary traditions of Sardinia, but also international cuisine, not to give up anything even on holiday.

We also have a special focus on the particular culinary needs: our hotel realizes special menus for vegans and vegetarians, as well as any other special requests, such as intolerance to gluten or lactose. Do not hesitate to ask and communicate us your culinary needs, we will surprise you with our helpfulness!

We love to define “environmentally friendly”, and we like to offer to our guests the fresh seasonal foods from local farmers, using them for the creation of local recipes reinterpreted by our chef.

In support of this, we organize a lot of evenings dedicated to typical local dishes, where you will enjoy the genuine taste of the Sardinian cuisine in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.

In our internal Bar you will be able to take advantage of our corner of “Local Specialties”, that offers an entire permanent area dedicated to the tasting of the local products and local wines.

Amaze yourself with our wall with display case entirely dedicated to the typical wines, and with the wooden table always setted with fresh local products…
